Communication
Archangel Gabriel, whose name means, “messenger of God” speaks to us about the importance of communication:
“Communication with other people is not an easy task; however, speaking one’s truth with others can be a vital component for a person’s survival and well being. Communication between people is a delicate dance that must be balanced along with tone and timing.
The tone and the timing of one’s truthful communication are just as important as the words spoken. In order to avoid miss-communications, I first recommend examining the intentionbehind what is about to be communicated. Ask yourself, ‘is what I am about to say, going to be mutually beneficial or will it be mutually harmful?’ This is an easy way to make this assessment is to imagine the conversation-taking place prior to speaking to the other person. Visualize the impact of your words having on the other person, and ultimately, the outcome from the communication. If it is peace that you want, make sure to consider that when examining your intention.
Once and a while messages are muddle between people, which sometimes can be from a combination of poor timing and a less than loving tone of voice. You can always call upon me, AA Gabriel, to deliver your message in a divine way for you. The most important message that I can deliver to you now is to always put your heart first when speaking to others.
Speaking your truth with love to others, can be mutually beneficial and healing. It is not always easy when you “think” that your feelings have been hurt, but remember, do not take anything a person says out of "love-lessness" personally. Lots of love to each of you, from Archangel Gabriel.”
Archangel Gabriel reminds us about the importance of timing and tone during our conversations with others. Since sometimes we have to “bite the bullet”, and keep our mouths closed, we can ask Archangel Gabriel to communicate anything we need to the other person’s angels for us. In addition, Archangel Raguel helps to harmonize any relationship drama that we may be experiencing now.
Lastly, a good outlet for venting is journaling. Personally, I have been using the “morning pages” for years and swear by them. Morning pages are easy to do. When you wake up in the morning, just write out 3 pages in a 8x11 notebook about anything that is on your mind that you would like to release. Do not read your entries and when the book is full, just throw it away. It is an excellent method of getting to the other side of your ego and accessing your creativity.
